Sorry guys for having the forum down all day....but I got what I wanted done. :D

We are now on vBulliten 3.0

I still have to fix up the images, icons, hacks, and what not, but hell...thats all work in progress... :eek:

I also think that the video Nastyman keeps sending me, (the one with the creative title, "Nastyman's_favorite_collection_series"...featuring this hot lady singing a song about.....get this....MILKSHAKES!!!) is frigging HOT!! Is there a way to incorperate this thing into the forums. Like, say you post over 2 times a day, make the post confirmation page, link the person to this Milkshake video.....oh, hell, I need to watch it again.

By the way, I wonder what other videos Nastyman is hiding in his secret stash.

Oh, and the forums look hot....like a certain video I've been watching.

Awesome job with the forums shaggy.

Although my time is quite limited as of late, I'll still be helping out here whenever Shaggy is in need. So long as he stops slapping my butt everytime I fix something!

So how much are you going to mod these forums up? And what is your plan for the site?


I've always thought the site name had lots of potential as far as bringing in lots of customers once it has established itself. No one has ever added any content or made it visually appealing, not to mention it's lacked some focus.

I ended up selling it for pretty cheap $125, no one offered more and I needed to get rid of it (hardly play it anymore).

This has been my advice to everyone:
1) Come up with a nice unique idea, or a different way to do an old idea.
2) Develop an interactive, interesting and pretty main site.
3) Offer a good forum community with a nice theme etc...

The first point is the most important, because without that why would anyone come here?

And don't forget to freaking update the site!

I'm not going to tell you what exactly to do with the site since it is not my site.

Personally with the name "NextGenGamers" I would try and cater around the cultural aspects of the site name. What is it that makes someone a "Next Generation Gamer"? Should we post news on the newest and best things out there? Should we get skyfinch to do a comic series on what being NextGen is about?

To be unique requires lots of energy and dedication, you can't do it alone and need the help.
