I ended up selling it for pretty cheap $125, no one offered more and I needed to get rid of it (hardly play it anymore).
This has been my advice to everyone:
1) Come up with a nice unique idea, or a different way to do an old idea.
2) Develop an interactive, interesting and pretty main site.
3) Offer a good forum community with a nice theme etc...
The first point is the most important, because without that why would anyone come here?
And don't forget to freaking update the site!

I'm not going to tell you what exactly to do with the site since it is not my site.
Personally with the name "NextGenGamers" I would try and cater around the cultural aspects of the site name. What is it that makes someone a "Next Generation Gamer"? Should we post news on the newest and best things out there? Should we get skyfinch to do a comic series on what being NextGen is about?
To be unique requires lots of energy and dedication, you can't do it alone and need the help.
