Going to get a TV
Okay, I'm going to get a TV with my tax return+begging from family.
Estimate that I have 2500$
My living room has a window and a sliding glass door, both right next to where the TV will go. There is no option. The shades come down and do a decent job. I have room for a 43" tv comfortably, or a widescreen. I want an HDTV mostly for gaming, and in the future for movies. I'll be plugging my Computer into it through DVI (making DVI a must have) and use the TV as the computer monitor.
I'm leaning toward a tube, like the 36" sony, and I'm leery of Rear Projection Televisions because of burn in and glare-but the price is tempting.
If you were me, what would you do?
