Xmen 3 Movie NEWS

X3 and spiderman 2 are going to be kickass movies.... i hope X3 is just as good as X2 was. i loved X2......
 
well they're focusing on wolverine and mainly the other well known characters because the average movie-goer that sees the film isnt going to be up to date with all of his xmen trivia. i watched the xmen cartoons and even read *some* of the comics... i know of dark pheonix, but i have no idea who arch angel is really. so im glad they're keeping it pretty mainstream so it's easy for the majority to get into the plot and not be lost :)
 
Well Archangel would lead into Apocalypse and I'm not sure they're willing to deal with such a character.

If they had tweaked the story and made Archangel a creation of Stryker then I would've been fine with that though.

Lol dude, Arch Angel was in the cartoons. Noob! lmao, yes i know they do it for the mainstream tit-kabobs. But they focus on Wolverine so much they should have just made a film about him to begin with. Take a look at something like LOTR, Frodo is the main character but he's not in like every flippin scene as if he is the only driving force behind anything. They do that with wolverine in both of the xmen films.

I originally hoped it would have been multiple films highlighting the most popular storylines from the comics and the most well-known and braching out to other people.

I really wish people like Rogue/Iceman had more important roles then they had. I know they were going for a little bit of X-men: Evolution but even in there the kids have there parts.

see them!! X1 was pretty cool, interesting enough but nothing extraordinary and it seemed to be a little slower than X2. X2 was just awesome, one of the coolest movies i saw this year :rock:
