WoW nightfire is pretty good, thoughts inside.
I rented nightfire for my xbox last night, and its pretty tight. Its too short though cuz im almost half way through. Im impressed with the charecters they animate REALLY well, facial expressions even hand gestures while they talk, its really cool. Graphically and technically its VERY solid, no texture seams or any fogging BUT the levels really dont give you a chance to see any fog. Textures are not real sharp but look good unless you mash the camera right to them. Level design is good but a bit plain indoors. There is slowdown in some of the driving levels mainly the\"enemies vanquished\" one which is also one of the coolest, it rips scenes from almost every bond movie! The branching paths are not that big of a feature except for the first level, but ive only played the lvl\'s once so I havnt noticed any major alternative ways of reaching your goal aside from vents that lead to another way out etc. Even though the game is short it does have some replay value in unlockables. this is one of the coolest parts of the game. When you beat a level you are given one of 4 ratings. the scoring is from amount of stealth, kills, health left, \"bond moves\" and many more. This unlocks new stuff such as skins and modes, weapons for multiplayer and even \"trading cards\" to view in a gallery. The multiplayer IS GREAT! you can have up to 6 bots and even radio control war machines to battle with lol! You have tons of options for ai, you can set health, personality, aggression even speed and more! I love making oddjob my body guard and have him follow me around throwing hats! This is definitly a rental and if it ever hits 19.99 ill be getting it. the main killer is the short campain. But it\'s great fun while it lasts. what would really give it a shot in the arm would be online MP, but this is EA and they suck....
