Who are you voting for this November?

I am torn between the two candidates running for office.
On the one hand, I was all for going to Iraq. However, it seems that with constant deaths still occuring over there, and no end in sight for this war, I am undecided. I have also noticed that the Iraquis are still hostile towards Americans, even more so since the war.

With Kerry, all I hear him say is that "he plans to cut taxes and pull out of Iraq.

Re: Who are you voting for this November?

there are some things that I disagree with Bush on. For one thing, he was attempting to violate our freedom of speech by trying to get Howard Stern canceled. He was already pulled from three markets by Clear Channel, which I have heard has ties with Bush. And he wasn't pulled from thouse markets untill Stern started saying nasty things about Bush.

He is also opposed to same sex marriages, which I have several views on. I know morally it is wrong, and god sees it as sin. However, although possibly disfunstional, it is still a loving family.

Re: Who are you voting for this November?

You're worrying about BS crap that's ultimately not gonna be a big deal, aside from Iraq. Kerry is a democrat, he's gonna raise taxes to fund his social programs. He's already made clear he's gonna cancel the Bush created tax cuts in place. The very tax cuts that are stimulating the economic recovery.

Also pulling out of Iraq will be the WORST thing to do, it'll create a perfect vacuum for terrorists to rebuild their hate state and be even more powerfull then they already are. BTW don't believe the Iraqis hate us. Read some of the horror stories Saddam Hussien did on them and how they're so fucking happy he's gone and you'll know they back our forces.

Re: Who are you voting for this November?

Very true. You can't always rely on media coverage of things like this. If they aren't hostile towards us, why are there STILL so many deaths by car bombs, etc?

Re: Who are you voting for this November?

Because they hate EACH OTHER. Look at that whole area and realize that those ppl are in a constant state of war with each other. But if we can get a stable state in place that can change things and reduce the amount of terrorists or at least terrorist friendly states in the world.

Re: Who are you voting for this November?

We are still in vietnam, been there for 40 years. Iraq will take time, people expect it to be perfect over night. They have been screwed up for so long. But thats Americas way of life, get things done right away or it's crap! If you don't think I'm right... look at wieght loss programs or get rich quick infomercials.

Re: Who are you voting for this November?

Bush for me....Kerry is as fake as they come. His bullshit statements are of course bullshit. I like Bush and how you ran/runs the country. Its terrible how we have lost of 1000 soliders in Iraq, but this is for a good cause. Bush made the right choice on going there.

Re: Who are you voting for this November?

Yes, I am thankful that Bush was able to slightly improve our economy. But I doubt that it is as stable as we would like it to be.

See, the way I look at it, and I may be wrong. But I believe that part of the hostility towards U.S is from fear that we may rape Iraq of their oil, and gas. And before you say it, I know that we have plenty.

Re: Who are you voting for this November?

You know? Provide a link please, because unless you're talking about oil in Alaska we're currently at the mercy of OPEC.

Re: Who are you voting for this November?

Just curious, if any of you guys know. What are Kerry's plans or opinions on war in Iraq?

Re: Who are you voting for this November?

I'm voting for Johnny.

Re: Who are you voting for this November?

What I enjoy is that despite not having the suppourt of the U.N, or those fags the Germans and the French, Bush went ahead and invaded Iraq. Like I said, I supported the War, I just found that funny, don't know why.....

I have heard Kerry quited as saying that he plans on having others carry the burden of the war,
