What's the difference between...

Intel's Centrino and the regular Pentium, all I know is Centrino is lighter as it is designed for laptops, but what else is there? also can you play games in a Centrino the same way as in a Pentium 4 for example?

dont really know, but i believe the centrino's MHZ in comparison to a P4's are much faster.

what i mean is, a 1.3 ghz centrino is apparently about equal to a 2.something P4. this is what SC385 from xblg told me, because he was pricing laptops and one of the ones he was interested in was a centrino.

they use less power also, or manage power better,. pick whatever term u feel sounds best
