Event Horizon: very cool design overall on the outside and the freaky Gravity Drive in the engineering section. Kind of becomes the Overlook Hotel in space.

Millenium Falcon: the rugged smuggler ship from Star Wars

Imperial Shuttle: I partly based the ships in my new art picture of this one.

Defiant: small compact ship packing some heavy firepower
