This sounds like an easy fix, but...

...for some reason the entire window of I.E. is like one inch down. I cant drag it up. I can minimize it, but when I hit the little square to go back to full screen, theres still a gap on top. I can see my desktop. This seems to happen from time to time but Im not sure how this happens or how it got remedied. Any suggestions?

Check to see if you have any spy or malware on your PC, anytime a standard program starts doing weird things all of a sudden that's the first thing I look for.

I have run spybot S&D and Adaware before posting this.

Check your msconfig and regedit to see if there's anything strange that shouldn't be there, also make sure to update those spyware progs. Otherwise do a good google search about the issue but I myself have never encountered that other than a program mess up that fixed itself after a reboot.
