Name it, what's the most awesome or diffrent song you have heard lately? The one that's always stuck in your head and crap.



Mine would be Lacuna Coil -Comalies



What a crazy song, some amazingly haunting vocals alongside a piercing and unforgettable medium paced melody with some nice piano work and some soft, distant ethereal effects that make it even more awesome, my pick for some time, very cool. :rock:
 
Lately I'm addicted to 2 songs by Happy Rhodes. Collective Heart and Feed The Fire.

Happy is gifted with an astounding voice that can sing across 4 Octaves. She go from a deep voice to a high angelic voice. Amazing.

anyhoo, one that ive been listening to a lot lately is rehab - sittin at a bar. it's just a simple guitar melody in the background while a guy with a great voice just sings about his life. a black guy comes in with a short rap verse towards the end but i enjoy that part and i dont even like rap at all. plus, it's not like your typical rap crap about cars and girls and bling bling and shit.

i recommend a listen. it's not exactly what i typically listen to but i can just sit back and chill to this song all day lately.

And radiohead, Rehab is awesome, kind of weird hearing you listen to one of their mp3s especially since most of their songs are depressing hip hop, IE: Stormchaser or It don't matter.;)
 
sonic, the only two songs ive heard are sittin at a bar and drinkin problem. i like them both but since im not a huge fan of rap i like sittin at a bar A LOT more, though drinkin problem has a great refrain.

what are some other good songs by them, especially any that have a similar melody to sittin at a bar?

I really can't think of any others simular to that, the rest are more underground hip hop style songs and what not.
 
blast. i love that song. if my computer didnt suck and skip when i try to multitask id be listening to it right now.

Good Charlotte - the day that i die
It's really good, it even made me listen to some good charlotte stuff :D
 
I am not a big fan of Good Charlotte either, but hands down they are great live performers. I went to the Civic Tour with a couple friends and they know what the **** they are doing when it comes to controlling the floor and all that, their songs are just like so energetic live that everyone has to jump and shit lol

You ppl need to understand that if you don't think it's good that doesnt mean it actually isnt good, it just may not be something YOU like. I love Cradle of Filth AND SHEdaisy for instance, probably alot of ppl hate both groups, i'm open-minded to most any music, but if I don't like it I sure won't listen to it again or say it sucks. :cool:
