For all those interested or stupid enough to argue this standpoint, here i give you examples of why full screen sucks in comparison, UNLESS the film(mostly tv shows) weren't made this way.

My GF recently bought Goldmember used at Blockbuster, she was stingy and instead of buying the widescreen edition for $14.99, she bought the fullscreen edition for $9.99. I kept trying to convince her otherwise but she said "it's no big deal". Well when we watched it I noticed that it was (I knew it would be) but she's wanting to ignore the obvious: She made a dumb choice. :/

Yes, more stuff people should know. Half the time i don't even think blockbuster will carry widescreen. And local shops that have DVD's don't have them except a few even though most of the already smart people purchase them.

Sonic is talking crazy. He sent me a widescreen movie awhile back and it cut out nearly everything that was juicy. Here, let me show you.
