I picked Batman and my reasons being are this:
Superman obviously has all his powers but also has the weaknesses. Batman doesn't exactly have a weakness when fighting him except the fact that he has his powers. I say batman could simply bust out some Kryptonite into his body armour and beat the living crap out of supes. *trys to start a serious debate.*

The Kryptonite thing will/will not work though. In the Superman reality(DC universe), there has not been any Krypto on earth for a long time as Superman got rid of it all.
Although, any fans of JLA will remember that Superman, in case he ever went evil, gave Batman(The only hero Superman thought would stand a chance against him) a Kryptonite ring, and told him if necessary... "take me out!"
Personally even with the Krypto Ring, Superman could vaporize Batman with heat vision from miles away, so I still think, that if both combatants knew about the fight, superman would just use X-ray vision, locate Batman, and put some heat vision holes in him.
