Spiderman can attack from a distance with webbing but Wolverine should be able to cut through them with no problem. Wolverine is willing to kill unlike Spiderman. While somewhat usefull, I don't think Spider-Sense can stack against all of Logan's heightened senses in a battle situation.

I give it to Wolverine.
 
I had to say Spider-man... just because, sooner or later Wolverine is going to fall apart.
I mean come on, he was manufactured by the Canadian government, and as we all know how long anything created by the government lasts, wolvie's days are numbered. I think that eventually, Logan is going to keel over, with a sticker on his rusted @ss saying Department H , proudly Canadian. :D
 
Wolverine because I personally like X-men more...
But now for real reasons...
Wolverine also has increaded indurance and can jump and run quite high and fast...
Wolverine jsut needs to hit Spiderman once..
