Yep, yep, if the US wasn't all bitched up we might do something about that. Makes me angry that the worst we do to thier prisoners of war is make them play naked twister. This guy is an civilian over there and gets murderd, while there stupid savage soldiers just get striped and made to lay in naked piles of gay man sex and everyone around the world freaks out.

Because we don't live in feudal times anymore. We can't do things considered "crimes against humanity" aka War Crimes. If we do we are asking to be seen as bad as Nazi Germany or the old U.S.S.R. and unlike the dropping of the A-bombs Iraq is not a serious en masse threat to our military might. Not that I wouldn't like to see Iraq wiped out mind you but thems the cards we gotta play with these days.
