Splinter Cell remake?

I was reading my friends XBOX magazine and discoverd this story on a cel shaded version of Splinter Cell...
It looked real bad and extremely blurry though...

Thats not Splinter Cell it's a game called XIII (13) and the magazine was OXM.

I dunno, I think it looks cool. Could be great... then again it could turn out to be total crap. I guess we will find out when it is released.

Well i hope its good of course, but I have a feeling it's gonna be a rushed pos port with all the fixins, who's making it, activision or some dev like that? ouch...
