Well he technically does on both,

SPOILER WARNING FOR ARMY OF DARKNESS

In The S-Mart movie he goes to the current time period the movie was released except he drank the potion wrong so the undead still exsist, thus the crazy ass old hag attacking him.

In The alternate and hard to find ending which the director and bruce campbell(ash) liked but was cut because it wasnt as happy and the companys rushed them to change it to the S-Mart one, he gets taken to the future where the deadites rule supreme and it seems as if he is doomed.

i STILL havent seen any of the evil deads and i really want to 'cause kk and sonic are always going off about it.

last time i was at hollywood video they had two copies of evil dead 1, and they were both checked out :angry:
