Re: Sample Press Release

Isn't it obvious? It was a sample for us to use as an example on how to post press releases!

Re: Sample Press Release

WTF are you talking about? Yes! We would post a ton of news, press releases, screenshots, reviews, etc. Did not ever see when we were an actual fully functional gaming website with a fully fleshed out frontpage?

Re: Sample Press Release

Yeah dude we were for a goodwhile, like over a year, more than just a forum. We had a frontpage with tons of news for each console, screenshots, and press releases via Vgaming. We had Aaron, Sonic, and Catp00p working on the design of the frontpage and forums. We had a bunch of reviews from Aaron, Finch, Sonic, Radio, Pumpkin, and even from a friend of mine. We had a seperate chat room on irc that had a module you could use from the frontpage. NGG wasn't no po-dunk place. I even was the news editor for awhile with Adam, Ice, Aaron and Sonic posting news. We almost got to go to E3 last year if it wasn't for doing things a bit too late and not having enough money on Aaron and my part. Otherwise we would've gone. Shit, we spent a few months making serious plans all to have it not come to pass at the end. :(

The point is NGG has been the shit before that's why you got a bunch of ppl still on staff who want it to be that again. If it wasn't for the domain problems that came up last fall and the in fighting we'd still be rocking it hard.

P.S. I dunno if Aaron has told you but you need to change my status to Super-mod. That was my position before you took over and right now I'm at mod status only which gives me no fucking power whatsoever.

NGG is on the way back... once again I'm working on a fully integrated CMS, but I've been waiting for days for some information from the fucktards at VB... until they answer me I'm at a standstill.
