Hey all
I was wondering, is there a filter, effect or sumthin' that can make pictures look as if they were taken with a webcam?
you know..mor crappy than regular pics hehe

noise filter...as well as image---adjust---curves

Use the "add noise" filter. Mess around with the settings.

Too add to the effect, mess around with the pic's contrast to make it look even more "crappy."
