Does anyone know if there are any places still selling it (Offline or Online) with the older games on that promotional disc?

I just looked at ebgames.com, they still were handing out the bonus disk for a while after it the game was released but they must have run out/quit, thats the only place that I know of that seemed to be handing them out still after the release.

probably, thats a good idea, but they might try and scam you cuz it's not being sold anymore with it.
