Question about Nero burning software....

Is there a way to burn a data cd without having to create one of those sissy-@ss image files?

Finch open up the new file wizard and then select to create a data cd, i assume you're referring to just storing some files on a cd for later use. If so then you can just drag and drop the files from the right window into the left window where the stuff in that window will be burned to a cd.

Yeah, I m getting the same crap. It automatically goes right to burning one of those "sissy-@ss" image files. It' doesn't do this on my other pc, so I'm guessing there has to be an option to turn this off.

Once I have everything ready to go, I click on the burn icon, but it won't burn the cd, it will ask me to create a file name so it can make a copy of the image file. From there, I can burn the image file onto a cd.

I just want to skip that part and burn right away.

He's probably got it so it just creates an image file, Sky should select the burner before hitting "Burn" button as it's probably auto-selected to his HDD. Thus creating the image file...
