Photoshop Help!!

I suck at photoshop. How do I make my site's graphics like Skyfinch.com ?

www.planetphotoshop.com is a good start with tutorials and links also.

The template we used for skyfinch.com looks nothing like it does now. Every button, header, linner was made from the ground up. Even the ads, were created from scratch. But, that was a lot of work. Best thing to do is pick out a simple template. Evenually, you should replace the headers...then buttons once you get better at PS or PSP. If not, I'm sure there are sites out there that have buttons, linners etc, that us can use for free.
