In my opinion it would be the dreamcast it went online , had games with maracas, i mean common !!!

Sega > all when it comes to inovation

First off hey everyone this is my first post here and I am glad I stumbled upon this site. So anyway back to the topic.

Genesis is what I consider to be the most inovative console. Think about. First system to use broadband to connect to the internet. Yes Sega Channel, the most underused video game service ever. The genesis introduced Visual Concepts into the sports world and also had the best game ever. TOE JAM AND EARL. I guess that would make Sega the most inovative video game company. Nintendo would probably come in second and that is because Sony bought the PS idea from them.

All of sega\'s consoles were unique. SMS had the carts and card game slots, Genesis had the earphone jack and volume control, Saturn had the cart slot for more ram, and DC had the internet connection. If Sega were to make another console, I would buy it right away. I don\'t care if they\'re the only company to make games for it.

Xbox is the most 'innovative'. I am not saying that just because it is new either. Xbox is the most innovative in my opinion. With it's HDD features, custom sound-tracks, online-features. And many other things...
