Metal Gear Solid 2 sucks!

I thought this was an ok game the other day when I had only played it for an hour. Then today I got on it and began were I left off... 15 minutes later I am greated with almost 45 minutes of cut scene. I couldnt take it anymore and shut off the game, this is so horribly boring. What ever happend to playing the game insted of watching it?
 
I havnt played the second one - i try to stay as far away from sony as possible. But back in the day when sony was a monopoly - i played MGS1 Hardcore - and I loved it. I hope 2 doesnt let me down...

They\'re lucky that they released this game ahead of Splinter Cell.
 
IMO a whole game of just cutscenes would be heaven, if they were as good looking as Munch\'s Oddesee or as action packed as Halo.
 
Yeah, but I dont like FF. I want an interactive movie maker, w/ the power of Xbox, they could do it! A digital camera should let you add stuff too, and then show your movies via XBL .
 
I liked it. I like walkin up behind them and taking their dog tags...

I agree with every word you said Akuma. You need to get with the programe and that is splinter cell.:)

Your Glad you bought Splinter Cell? Why the fuck wouldn\'t you? LOL, that game over rules MGS2. I haven\'t played MGS2 that much, but I just know. Nothing can really beat Rainbow Six, They got so much to offer with there games, and ability to make fun and addictive games.

JESUS PEOPLE! MGS 2 is no where near as good as Splinter Cell. But MGS 2 is still a good game. I cannot stand idly by and watch you guys bash it so much. :(

How could he have beat it in one day? There are like 300 some VR missions....not including the game itself....unless you mean JUST the game alone.
