how in god's green earth do you manage to make the borders of the figure look like that? every timeI try to do a wallpaper it looks as if I had some 5 year olds cutting and pasting the pics!

Eh it was easy bro i Just Used the extract filter in photoshop...

not bad adam, try feathering the lady by about 1 or 2 px...to smooth her out

select the girl, inverse selection, the go to select-feather and type 1 or 2 press enter-and then delete a few times
