i got the sunburn from hell and went on vacation in florida

all last week when i was gone i was in florida. it was cool, but the trip got kind of ruined 'cause the day before i left to go i went to my friend's lake house and got burned severely. trying to sleep that first night, then having to go ride 17 hours to st. petersburg florida the next day... yeah it was definitely hell. the water was real nice in st. pete though, if anyone's familiar with the area my grandmother lives right on pass-a-grille beach. i got there on monday and wasnt able to go out in the sun till thursday though :\ . here are some nasty pics of my sunburn...

well actually i got the sunburn at my friend's lake house the day before we left for florida. so i was burned really badly, then went to florida, where i stayed inside for 4 days straight trying to heal up a bit. my face was pretty bad too, it felt like a leather football and it was stretched tight like an old man's face or something. i didnt get burned at all at florida after that, for the 2 days i was able to get in the water. i was in tampa for a little bit too visiting my uncle and cousins. we watched the basketball championship game over there. then i looked out the window and saw nastyman making advances towards elderly women, so we got the hell out of there and went back to st. pete. :)

nah it's fine now. but when it happened, it did hurt like hell. i couldnt sleep and shit. then in the car ride on the way to florida (2300 miles round trip btw), everytime something bumped my arm the blisters would pop and ooze through my shirt. :sick:

Actually the Florida sun can get pretty bad, I once got sun burned that bad at the beach when I was a kid. Ever since then I put on a ton of sun screen when I go to the beach anymore.

nah we were just out on my friends boat, wake boarding, tubing, jet skiing, or fishing. it was a lot of fun i didnt even think about the sunburn till it was too late..
