Help me get rid of this stupid ass toolbar!

It showed up today and hijacked my browser, it's called the I-Lookup.com tool bar and there is nothing I can do to get this ****en thing off my comp. I have used Adaware, Spybot, there uninstall methode (which dosen't work... and I wasn't suprised.) nothing has helped. This thing is more horrible then bonzi buddy! (Ok maybe it's not THAT bad... but it's just as hard to un-install.)

Anyone have any ideas?
 
I had one of those bars and usually you can right clcik on the toolbar and de-select it. or goto add/remove programs.
 
How about trying to find it in your program files and deleting it? Or try running msconfig and see if you can stop it from starting up? Maybe running regedit and removing it from your "local machine" might help. Last but not least try reinstalling you web browser.

P.S. type into google the name of the offending bar and "remove", "uninstall", "help:, or even "how do i remove" i done those searched before and have found answers in anti-spamware forums.
 
Vic, I tried all those methods you suggested as soon as I seen the toolbar and none of them (Even re-installing the browser.) worked.

Adam sent me the program he posted about and it worked like a charm, thanks guys for your help.
 
Well I figured you had but I thought I'd say it just in case. Good to hear it got solved. :)
 
People who make programs like that should be abducted in the middle of the night and taken to Camp X-Ray.
