Let me make this simple, standard Steven Seagull action flick starring Ja Rule. The action scenes are good like they are in every movie he has had in the past but not as extreme. And Some of Ja Rules el crappy puree music is played during the movie. If you can get past that and the somewhat \"that would never happen plot\" it is enjoyable, just don\'t expect an oscar winning performance especially with seagull.

As far as the story goes, Seagull is undercover as a criminal, makes friends with ja rule and he gets caught while undercover but the cops decide he must stay undercover and go to jail in the new alcatraz. While in there someone breaks into to get informationg out of a prisoner who is about to be executed, and seagull and ja rule must save the day. Some funny scenes in the movie also.
