It is dude. Majesco is publishing it and it'll be only 20 bucks when it comes out.

KK...when will it be out, I didn't see any release dates for it?

And is it a pretty cool XBL game to play??

I think it'll come out in June or July.

Also, I haven't played multiplayer of this game but it's fun in single player so it should be fun online.

It's 2D fighting game in the vein of Street Fighter, King of Fighters but it leans more to the buttonmashing aspect of Marvel VS. Capcom. It's an awesome game from the standpoint of flash, music, and over the top characters and stages but as a technical 2D fighter it lacks some, nontheless it's a great game.
