Favorite Shows on TV

OK... now that Sonic isn't here and this thread WON'T start a fight about how WE are the gay ones because we think Buffy sucks...

What's everyone's favorite shows on TV?

I'm really into the Sopranos as of late...

And of course theres Farscape, which got cancelled, but is not coming back with a mini-series a couple times each year.

And also Family Guy, which, like all the shows I watch was canceled. But cartoon network just purchased the rights to it and they are producing 22 new episodes with the original cast!!!

I'm watching Band of Brothers right now, but I'm only on the first episode and it's kinda boring... I'm hoping it picks up.

I really like Deadwood and Law & Order for American TV. I've just started getting into a J-Drama called Shinsengumi:

I loved Seinfeld in it's day and I still occasionally catch an episode on sydication. I'll tell you which show that's super popular that I can't stand though: The Sopranos. There's nothing redeeming about any of the characters, and there's nothing cool either just a bunch of low life scum mafiosos. When compared to the Godfather movies, shit any of the well known mafia/gangster movies the Sopranos blows. BTW I HATE Tony Soprano. There's a character I'd like to take a lead pipe to! Also the main character from the Shield is another piece of shit I'd like to fuck up good. Bad cops, even in fiction, piss me off so much!

Them sitcoms would be a lot funnier if they got rid of that annoying laughter.

Guy 2: Ok.

I dont watch a whole lot of TV, but I do look forward to watching the Shield on FX every Tuesday at 9pm. That show is the shit.

I don't watch a lot of tv either. When I do, it's usually for Basketball, UFC/Pride, or the news. A lot of the programs on TechTV are cool too.

I have no clue what channels have Seinfeld reruns, so I have to "borrow" them from a certain borrowing program.

NO NO NO!!! Us Pirat... errr... media testers just "borrow" the shows and then delete them within 24 hours... only to see if we are going to buy it.

It's a damn shame... everything is crap... I don't buy anything. Even movies I love, I find I don't want to see them a 2nd time.

It's purely an economic decision for me. Why pay $20 for a movie when I can DL it for free or rent it for $2 and copy it. It's pure cost analysis. I even take into account the cost of theft and shop lifting, etc. is high risk while online piracy is pretty low risk. When you look at it from a pragmatic POV you don't have any moral misgivings about it like some ppl do.

Why? Are we seriously skurred that the FBI or perhaps game companies will see these threads and choose not to send us free shit? Fuck it! It's less of a hassle to just buy a modchip and DL/copy the games for free and write the reviews then.
