computer idiot needs help

Ok, in the past with forums I was able to upload images into my signature and with post with no problem. Now it seems as if I cannot get any to work.

here is how I was taught how to do so:

you CAN have a signiture its in your profile, but you gotta upload it somewhere and its gotta be Under a Certain size..
