A HDD for Playstation...

What is it???

I saw this thing at Target yesterday. It said it had a internal hard drvie that has a 40 Gb on it and has a Final Fantasy XI game. What do you do with it, stick it in your computer?? I don't get it.

Fill me in.. :evil:

It's an HDD for the PS2 dude, look on the back of your PS2 and remove the door and you'll see a big open space to fit the hard drive in, the PS2 was supposed to ship with it originally but Sony decided to save money and charge ppl to purchase it separately. Of course they couldn't do that until there were games that took advantage of it like FFXI, the PS2 HDD has been out in Japan for a couple of years now and in the U.S. for about 1/2 a year. Seriously Shaggy do you even play videogames? Because you ask some of the most basic/obvious questions around, and one read of the packaging would have cleared this question up for you.

I'm not into it as much as you guys...but yes I play video games. I'm the basic video gamer...not all hard core like you.

The new HDD for PS2 should be awesome. Nice internal HDD for it will really let gamers save a lot of space and money with all those memory cards.
