Don't confuse apathy with depression. Just because you're bored and feel like doing nothing don't mean your depressed. I feel apathetic alot but I don't get emotionally down because of it, instead I just find something to do. Try jacking off/fucking more it works for me.

I must have apathy AND depression in that case, shit, a couple months ago it was all I could do but sit around here and sleep, wath a movie, play a game or eat to pass the time, and the only thing that has changed is a job is keeping me a bit more busy. Not to mention all these damn things on my mind, like wtf I could write a book.
