Sometimes my knowledge of television trivia is scary. This was an obscure character called Videoman on the older Spiderman and his Amazing Friends cartoon. I guess they were trying to capitolize on a weird emerging craze called "Videogames" back in the day

Actually I barely remember the cartoon but for some reason I liked that character at the time.
