Which game featured Dana Plato as a distraught young coed?

Which version of Mortal Kombat, for snes or genesis, was NOT censeored, and which contained no blood and fatalities, and instead had sweat?

Night Trap had Dana Plato, MK was censored for both consoles but the Genesis version had a code to unlock the blood, I know as I had the game. The SNES version had no blood or fatalities, and as for the game rating system I'd have to go with MK.

Remember the crap that Primal Rage created? Apparently, there was some women in some state, who had bought the game for her son, not knowing how violent it supposedly was. And she got so upset, that in certain states, major chains like Best Buy pulled the game from its' shelves.
That was some crazy crap, especially since the game was not that good to begin with. And to be honest, the whole controversy surrounding being pulled, only HELPED it's sales.

Vicman, was right again with all questions. He is hard core....
