Anyone heard any news on gt4 ? Is it coming out this year? Cus I really can't wait to play it. I played gt1,2,3 and it just keeps getting better. Any hardcore GT racers ???

Gran Turismo? I got the first 2 for my PSX but never was too interested in 3 after playing it a bunch at my bro's. I've gotten burned out on racing games after playing 'em to death last year and the year before, too much Moto GP on XBL I guess...

I hear that it's going to be released around the same time as Halo 2, sort of Sony's way of stealing some of Halo's thunder. If that's true, then it's probably going to be released around 3rd quarter or even the holidays. My guess is that it will be out August-September

I like the game, especially the graphics. Cars look amazing, and animate very nicely. It will be hard not being able to racing to your own tunes like most Xbox owners are used to, but I think they'll get some good licensed music. I hate the dual shock controllers though. My friend got a logitec wheel for GT3, and I couldn't believe how much better the game played.

I'm waiting on the new Pro Race Driver...only because I don't have a PS2, but if I did, GT4 would be my most wanted game.

DAmn thats some crazy ass graphics. ButI bet thats on a computer system and not on a ps2. I doubt it has those type of graphic capability.

Yeah those are taken from the PC it's being created on most likely, the PS2 won't have those resolutions because well... your TV doesn’t go that high. It also most likely won't have AA on as well; those screens look like they have 4x AA turned on. There also probably CG cutscene images, exept for the last one... it looks to be like a replay and it's really not pushing as much as the others.
